The Trainee Officer will support the manufacturing of sterile injectables by ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines and SOPs. The role involves preparing and revising Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), managing Quality Management System (QMS) elements, and training production personnel for routine operations.

- Prepare new and revised BMRs for execution efficiency.
- Create user-friendly documentation aligned with QMS requirements.
- Handle change controls, MBMR rationale, and investigations.
- Ensure timely completion of QMS activities.
- Train production staff on cGMP and SOP compliance.
- Achieve short- and long-term objectives set by H.O.D.
- Follow SOPs to minimize deviations in manufacturing.
- Support GMP and compliance in sterile production processes.
