Freshers Pharmacy Job Description
The Trainee will support Apotex in creating, editing, formatting, and ensuring compliance with relevant documents and activities. This includes drafting and reviewing technical reports, managing change control processes, and providing documentation that aligns with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMPs, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and format draft documents based on inputs from Business Units (e.g., Technical Transfer Packages, Validation Reports).
- Draft and review MMaRs & MPaRs for Richmond Hill, Signet, and Etobicoke sites.
- Handle migration of MPPDs into updated templates.
- Manage document execution and cancellation in Content Server.
- Peer review MDocs for cancellation CCRs.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and quality standards.
- Support change control processes for packaging material codes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Freshers Pharmacy Job – Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
Experience and Skills
- 0–1 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with online modules/software is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of document management systems preferred.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
