GSK Global Safety Apprenticeship: Job Description
The GSK Global Safety Apprenticeship provides cross-enterprise technical support within Pharmacovigilance (PV) Excellence and the business. The role involves assisting Global Process Owners and Safety Process Leads in operational tasks, supporting innovative safety processes that comply with global PV regulations, and maintaining operational support for various PV workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake Template Manager Role to support PV documentation in Veeva Vault.
- Support interaction between PV Excellence and third-party vendor activities for Aggregate Report management.
- Provide support for metric collection, compilation, and reporting.
- Manage and triage group mailboxes daily.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Provide oversight of local Reference Safety Information updates.
- Support training, inspections, and audits.
- Assist in Signal detection and Surveillance activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Awareness of PV processes and global PV regulations.
- Preferred knowledge of process improvement techniques.
