Job Description
In this ICON clinical research Bangalore role, the Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II) will oversee the clinical monitoring process, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines. This role involves site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities, with a focus on maintaining high standards throughout the clinical trial process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain effective communication with study sites and project teams.
- Prepare and review study-related documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff as needed.
- Travel to sites as required, up to approximately 60% of the time.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
