Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences with specialization in Pharmaceutics;
- OR Ph.D. in Crystal Engineering with solid-state pharmaceutical chemistry, with more than 1 year of postdoctoral or industry experience in the above fields.

Experience: More than 1 year of postdoctoral or industry experience in relevant fields.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:
- Physicochemical properties: Solubility, dissolution, stability, powder technologies, and excipient compatibility.
- Solid dosage form development: Tablets, inhalers, capsules, and formulation challenges.
- API characterization: Bioavailability, stability issues, and solid-state API understanding.
- Solid-form screening: Polymorphs, salts, cocrystals, amorphous solids, and amorphous solid dispersions.
- Analytical techniques: Hands-on experience with SC-XRD, PXRD, DSC, TGA, Solid-state NMR, FT-IR, RAMAN, DVS, and PLM/HSM.
