Job Description
This Research Associate role at Intas Career focuses on quality control activities for gene therapy projects. The selected candidate will analyze microbial, environmental monitoring, water, and batch samples, perform method validation and transfer, maintain laboratory equipment, execute cell and gene therapy analytical techniques, and ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze batch, water, environmental monitoring, and microbial samples.
- Perform method transfer and method validation activities.
- Execute HPLC, ELISA, HCD, molecular biology, and in-vitro bioassays.
- Maintain cell lines, cell banks, and cleanroom monitoring.
- Calibrate, verify, qualify, and maintain QC laboratory instruments.
- Prepare and revise SOPs and laboratory documents.
- Support QMS documentation and investigation activities.
- Follow GMP, SOPs, and quality compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: M.Sc., M.Pharm, M.Tech
- Experience: Relevant experience in QC Micro, molecular biology, or gene therapy analytical techniques is preferred.
