Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary scientific representative for the organization to KOLs in the Oncology therapy area.
- Identify, map, and profile KOLs within the designated geography and therapy area continuously.
- Engage identified KOLs through medical affairs initiatives aligned with the overall franchise plan.
- Represent the therapeutic area for medical and scientific affairs on relevant cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Gather customer insights and communicate them back to the franchise team.
- Process scientific information requests from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
- Serve as a scientific resource for the sales team, providing regular training on the latest medical developments.
- Travel 70-80% of the time for interactions with customers and various stakeholders.
Qualifications – External
