Job Description
In this Jubilant Ingrevia careers opportunity, the Research Associate will be responsible for providing literature support, patent filing, and maintenance of the portfolio, along with the latest IP updates and freedom-to-operate activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct literature and prior art searches, including searching various databases for patent and non-patent literature.
- Draft and file patents, perform patent prior art searches, and conduct invalidation searches.
- Analyze Freedom to operate.
- Monthly update of IP gazette and compile relevant information.
- Provide periodic updates on patent regulation changes in India, the US, and Europe.
- Conduct ELN audits.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s in Chemistry/Pharma Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry with 3-5 years of experience in patent searching/synthesis.
- Patent agent is an essential requirement.
