Job Description
In this Junior Operator Production Job at Cipla Career, the selected candidate will operate production equipment as per SOPs and batch manufacturing records. The role involves supporting shift operations, maintaining documentation, ensuring equipment cleanliness, assisting in housekeeping activities, and following strict cGMP and safety standards. The candidate will also assist in training workmen, improving production efficiency, and reporting deviations or near-miss incidents to maintain safe and compliant manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment as per SOP
- Execute unit operations based on batch manufacturing records
- Maintain equipment, facility, and workspace hygiene

- Support housekeeping and sanitization activities

Eligibility Criteria For The Pharms Job
- Education: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical production. Freshers with a basic understanding of pharma manufacturing operations can apply
