In this Accenture pharmacovigilance role, the Pharmacovigilance Services Associate will play a crucial role in the management of drug safety processes. Responsibilities include the reconciliation of reports, case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities for This Role
- Management of the Affiliate Mailbox reconciliation of reports per process and performance of all written follow-up attempts to include both Serious and Non-serious cases.
- Additionally, create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database.
- Furthermore, solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Moreover, interact primarily within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
- Also, follow detailed to moderate levels of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
- Make decisions that impact your own work.
- Finally, contribute as an individual within a team, focusing on a predetermined scope of work.
