- Enter work orders into the appropriate database after reviewing project-specific requirements and limitations.
- Adjust collection-kit inventory based on information reported by investigator sites or project modifications.
- Troubleshoot kit-supply issues and escalate complex problems to the Project Manager.
- Assist investigator sites with research and coordination related to resupply of collection kits and materials.
- Review and research incoming orders received from the Investigator Support Team.
- Document service failures and work toward timely resolution.
- Complete additional responsibilities assigned by management.
