Quality and Compliance Assistant: Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks as required by the Quality and Compliance group.
- Support metric collation activities as required.
- Learn to use Veeva Quality Systems.
- Assist in Customer Hallmark Health Check discussions.
- Adapt techniques to new procedures or specific requirements as directed.
- Recommend modifications to processes where appropriate.
- Learn to schedule and manage multiple assignments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Learn to organize the work environment effectively.
- Work under regular supervision.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Veeva Quality Systems
As a Quality and Compliance Assistant, the selected candidate will receive exposure to Veeva Quality Systems and support quality-related activities under the guidance of the Quality and Compliance group. The role also involves learning established procedures and adapting to new processes according to business requirements.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences
- 1 year of experience in the job discipline
Preferred Qualification: An associate-level qualification in any of the following areas or equivalent is preferred:
- Laboratory Technology
- Animal Technology
- Biological Sciences
- Pharmacy
- Medical Nursing
