Lupin Associate Scientist Job Description
The Lupin Associate Scientist will be responsible for conducting literature searches, generating ideas, and preparing technical reports. The role involves developing product strategies considering technical, intellectual property, regulatory, and clinical requirements for various sterile drug products. Key tasks include:
Key Responsibilities
- Screening and selection of raw materials (APIs, excipients, packaging components).
- Conducting pre-formulation and solution chemistry studies.
- Process development and optimization for complex injectable products.
- Stability evaluation and application of Quality by Design (QbD) principles in product development.
- Performing basic physico-chemical testing and understanding regulatory frameworks for product development and filing (ICH, regulated markets).
- Handling technology transfer batches and submissions in regulated markets.
- Adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and laboratory safety protocols.
- Exhibiting multitasking capabilities and innovative thinking.
- Demonstrating good interpersonal skills along with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
