Job Description

The Lupin Goa Junior Officer supports Quality Assurance activities tied to Annual Product Quality Review (APQR), document management, stability-sample handling, electronic document management (EDMS), departmental training coordination, and quality management system (QAMS) workflows at the Goa site.

Lupin Goa Junior Officer Key Responsibilities

  • Comply with all cGMP, GxP, or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements.
  • Complete training on relevant SOPs and develop an understanding of the activities to be conducted prior to undertaking any task.
  • Conduct all tasks/activities as per the applicable SOPs and report any difficulty or deviation in following the procedures/instructions to the immediate Supervisor/Managers.
  • Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvements to Supervisors/Managers.
  • Complete the assigned trainings applicable for workgroup “QA – Annual Product Quality Review- and Document management GOA” in the L2LMS (SABA).
  • Perform data compilation and statistical trending for Annual Product Quality Review.
  • Coordinate with technical training as a Departmental Training Coordinator to meet required training compliance of the department.
  • Maintain the stability chamber in coordination with the engineering department and review temperature data.
  • Place stability samples in the chambers as per the stability protocol at various intervals as specified in the SOP.
  • Timely pull out of samples as per the monthly schedule from the stability chambers and update relevant logbooks and software for login and pull-out of stability samples.
  • Maintain, reconcile and withdraw stability samples charged in the stability chamber.
  • Handle EDMS activities as per SOP_MUM_CQA_000001 for Preparation, Review, Approval, and control of Standard Operating Procedures through Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
  • Take out Master Print of Batch Documents through SAP and through PAS-X.
  • Initiate Change Proposal, Deviation and CAPA with action-plan execution and closure in QAMS.

EHS Responsibilities

  • Comply with the current EHS Management Systems of the site.
  • Comply with all EHS Rules, Procedures, Guidelines, Policy, Practices, Requirements and applicable legal compliances.
  • Carry out all assigned jobs in a safe manner.
  • Ensure effective controls on High Risk Activities / Significant Environmental Aspect & Impact.
  • Ensure continual improvement on EHS performance.
