    Position Overview

    The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting Lupin’s products to
    healthcare professionals, generating prescriptions, expanding market share, and
    ensuring efficient product distribution in the assigned territory.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Customer Engagement
      • Visit Doctors, Chemists, Stockists, and other stakeholders as per company-
      defined frequency.
      • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
      • Conduct customer engagement activities aligned with company strategy.

    2. Sales & Prescription Generation
      • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets (primary & secondary).
      • Generate prescriptions for assigned brands and support market share growth.
      • Enhance territory profitability through strategic planning.

    3. Distribution & Territory Management
      • Ensure proper distribution of products within assigned territory.
      • Minimize losses by controlling breakage, expiries, and other operational
      expenses.
      • Manage stockist/distributor orders, supply follow-up, and timely payment
      collection.

    4. Market Intelligence
      • Gather and share insights on market trends, competitor activities, and
      product performance.
      • Provide timely feedback to reporting managers and marketing team.

    5. Planning & Reporting
      • Prepare monthly and annual territory plans to meet business objectives.
      • Maintain accurate reports related to visits, sales, samples, and territory
      activities.

    Eligibility Criteria

    Education

    • Preferred: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm
    • If non-science graduates: Minimum 2 years of Medical Representative
    experience
    • If D.Pharm: Minimum 1 year of experience as Medical Representative

    Experience

    • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
    • Experience in Pharma Sales / Medical Representative role is an added
    advantage

    Skills Required

    • Good communication & interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation & persuasion ability
    • Willingness to travel within territory
    • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products
    • Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset
