Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with instructions provided in batch records for various products.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and cGMP requirements on the shop floor.
- In this Lupin quality assurance role, perform line clearance and continuously monitor manufacturing processes to prevent mix-ups, contamination and cross-contamination.
- Conduct in-process checks at different stages of manufacturing and ensure compliance.
- Perform sampling at different manufacturing stages as required.
- Conduct stage-wise review of batch records to facilitate timely release.
- Prepare, execute and compile Process Validation (PPQ), Cleaning Validation and Cleaning Verification activities.
- Review Master Batch Manufacturing Records and Batch Packing Records in SAP.
- Participate in investigations related to product or system failures.
- Promote cGMP awareness among technicians and concerned personnel through continuous interaction and SOP training.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have a graduation degree in Pharmacy with 2–4 years of work experience.
- Additionally, relevant knowledge of pharmaceutical Quality Assurance activities, including cGMP, line clearance, in-process checks, sampling, validation and batch documentation, is important for this role.
