Job Description
As part of this M Pharm Job, the selected Executive/Sr. Officer – MSTG will support technology transfer activities, new product introduction, trial and exhibit batch execution, process validation, regulatory documentation, and cross-functional coordination. The role also involves monitoring scale-up batches, preparing technical reports, and supporting regulatory audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for execution and monitoring of trial, scale-up, and exhibit batches.
- Prepare new product documents, including material requirement sheets and batch manufacturing records.
- Conduct training on protocols for batch execution.
- Prepare and submit investigation reports for OOS, OOT, and any failures during manufacturing.
- Monitor scale-up and characterization batches as required.
- Participate in various regulatory audits to support the plant.
- Prepare product containment approaches and risk assessments for new products.
- Share process knowledge with cross-functional departments through presentations.
