Job Description
The selected candidates will support formulation development trials, optimization, laboratory experiments, literature review, and accurate recording of observations and results. They will coordinate with Analytical teams and maintain GMP-compliant laboratory records, technical documentation, and experimental data. For Maithri Drugs careers, hands-on expertise in formulation development, QbD/DoE, optimization, experimental planning, result interpretation, and PDR/technical documentation is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support formulation development trials and laboratory experiments.
- Coordinate with Analytical teams for maintaining documentation.
- Optimize formulations using QbD/DoE methodologies.
- Record observations and results accurately.
- Manage teams and coordinate with various functions, including QA, Engineering, and Production.
- Operate and troubleshoot formulation equipment.
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards.
- Participate in technical documentation and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with RMG/high-shear granulators and tablet compression machines.
- Practical exposure to OSD processes and injectable formulation equipment is an advantage.
