Educational Requirements for Manager job Role:

Degree in Life Sciences: MD, PhD, Pharm D, MS, RN, or equivalent.

MD – Pharmacology preferred.
Experience Requirements :

Basic understanding of GCP/ICH, clinical operations, statistics, and study design.

Experience with clinical protocols, data review, and medical writing.

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and data review tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic priorities.
Key Responsibilities for Manager job Role:
- Design and execute activities for assigned clinical trials.
- Serve as Clinical Trial Lead for one or more studies.
- Conduct literature reviews and develop Protocol and ICF documents.
- Support trial-level activities, data review plans, and trend analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional study teams and external partners.
- Present study documents to governance committees.
- Develop site and CRA training materials.
- Review clinical narratives and clinical documents for TMF submission.
- Ensure CRF design aligns with protocol requirements.
- Contribute to CSRs, regulatory submissions, and essential clinical documents.
- Support dose review committees and adjudication processes.
