Educational Requirements for Manager Job Role:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience Required
- 2–5 years in D2C, Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG
- Experience in NPD, Project Management, Operations, or Supply Chain
- Vendor management exposure is a plus
Key Responsibilities for Manager Job Role:
1. Project & Timeline Management
- Own complete NPD lifecycle from idea to launch.
- Create and track detailed project plans with milestones and risk assessments.
- Ensure documentation and approvals are delivered on time.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination for Manager Job Role
- Coordinate with R&D, packaging, marketing, QC, supply chain, and finance.
- Drive weekly review meetings and maintain project status dashboards.
- Identify roadblocks early and ensure fast resolution.
3. Vendor & Partner Management
- Work with formulators, packaging vendors, and third-party manufacturers.
- Ensure vendor commitments on timelines, compliance, and quality.
4. Documentation & Compliance for Manager Job Role
- Oversee artworks, BOMs, COAs, MSDS, and trial reports.
- Ensure regulatory and QA/QC readiness before production.
5. Production & Launch Execution
- Coordinate pilot batches, stability studies, and pre-production runs.
- Collaborate with marketing for GTM strategies and launch content.
6. Cost, Quality & Efficiency Control
- Track project costing and ensure target COGS compliance.
- Improve processes to reduce rework and speed up launches.
