Key Responsibilities for Manager job Role:
Operational Excellence for Manager job Role:
- Check quality of TMF team deliverables, including TMF overview compliance, system steps, and query quality, and propose remedial actions.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and Parexel SOPs.
- Participate in Parexel system and department standards improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with senior management to provide and collect feedback on process implementation.
- Support SOP and tool development with Process Owners.
- Create and update materials/job aides for TMF operations.
- Serve as TMF Subject Matter Expert for project teams, offering technical guidance.
- Complete routine administrative responsibilities (timesheets, metrics, travel expenses).
Business & Financial Management
- Provide consultation, support metrics collection, and develop action plans to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
- Support preparation of materials and plans for TMF-related business opportunities.
- Maintain and manage business development libraries for TMF services.
Personal Ownership
- Handle own SME assignments and act as a senior-level contributor on project/account teams.
- Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of personal deliverables.
