Job Description
The selected candidate will work on the ICMR-sponsored research project titled:
“Development of Novel Treatment Mode for Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder using Asenapine Maleate: Intervention of Translational Targeted Nanomedicine.”
This pharma research job focuses on advanced drug delivery systems, nanotechnology-based therapeutics, translational medicine, and pharmaceutical research aimed at developing innovative treatment approaches for neurological disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support research activities related to targeted nanomedicine and drug delivery systems.
- Participate in formulation and dosage form development studies.
- Conduct HPLC analysis and computational research studies.
- Perform cell line and animal studies as required by the project.
- Assist in data analysis, documentation, and scientific reporting.
- Contribute to research publications, conference presentations, and patent-related activities.
- Collaborate with the project team to achieve research objectives and project milestones.
Qualifications & Experience
Education

- M. Pharm in Pharmaceutics or related specialization.
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related discipline.
Experience
-
- Expertise in drug delivery systems and nanotechnology.
- Experience in dosage form development.
- Knowledge of computational studies and HPLC analysis.
- Experience with cell line studies and animal studies.
- Previous research experience in a relevant pharmaceutical domain.
Skills Required
- Scientific writing and research documentation skills.
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Conference presentations and patent contributions.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary research team.
