Job Description
The Medical Science Liaison Job focuses on developing trusted scientific relationships with Thought Leaders and Healthcare Providers. The MSL will communicate scientific and clinical information related to disease management and BMS products, collect medical insights, and support appropriate patient access and medicine use. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactions with Thought Leaders, HCPs, and access stakeholders within the assigned geography.
- Execute a medical interaction plan based on the medical strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Present scientific information accurately to HCPs while ensuring compliance with local guidelines.
- Continuously assess the medical landscape and update knowledge on treatment strategies and clinical trials.
- Provide meaningful medical insights to support strategy development.
- Report safety information in accordance with BMS Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct scientific meetings in relevant therapy areas.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS, MD, BDS, MDS, or PharmD degree.
- 1-2 years of field medical experience in medical affairs preferred.
- Experience in oncology and haematology is advantageous.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of clinical trial design and processes.
- Familiarity with Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) concepts is a plus.
