Job Description
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Medical Science Liaison- Immunology located in Hyderabad/Bangalore, India. The position reports to the TA Lead for Immunology, Neurosciences & EP within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, India. The successful candidate will serve as the scientific face of the company, engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to discuss treatment trends and clinical trial data, while gathering insights that support the medical strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary scientific representative for the Immunology therapy area, engaging with KOLs.
- Identify, map, and profile KOLs in the designated geography and therapy area.
- Engage identified KOLs through medical affairs initiatives aligned with the overall franchise plan.
- Represent the therapeutic area in relevant cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Gather customer insights and relay them to the franchise team.
- Process scientific information requests from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
- Provide scientific resources and training to the sales team in the therapy area.
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders to develop and implement medical strategy.
Eligibility Criteria
- Medical graduate (MD/MBBS/BDS/MDS/Pharm D).
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Good understanding of the medical affairs function.
- Knowledge of local regulatory policies and industry codes of practice related to drug registration and clinical research.
