Key Responsibilities
- Accurately code and review medical terms and medications with industry-standard and company dictionaries.
- Coordinate dictionary selection and coding guidelines.
- Keep coding consistent across studies.
- Resolve coding queries with Data Management and Medical Monitors.
- Generate coding reports and track timelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Pharmacy, or an advanced clinical degree.
- At least 2 years of clinical nursing or pharmacy experience in direct patient care in relevant therapeutic areas.
- Hematology/oncology hands-on experience is required.
- ICU experience is preferred.
Required Skills
- MedDRA / WHO Drug coding experience is a plus.
- Hospital or clinical research coding experience is a plus.
