Medpace is looking for a Data Coordinator to join its Mumbai-based Data Management team. As a Medpace Data Coordinator, the role involves taking a lead in EDC setup activities, ensuring proper execution of EDC database build steps, and adhering to timelines. The Data Coordinator will also be responsible for clinical database cleanup tasks, monitoring data quality, and collaborating with sponsors and vendors to ensure timely data delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Take a lead role in EDC setup activities, ensuring proper execution of EDC database build steps and adherence to timelines.
- Lead clinical database cleanup tasks for one or more studies.
- Create and maintain Data Management documents, specifications, and study plans.
- Monitor EDC data quality, CRF completion, query, and SDV metrics.
- Coordinate external data transfers, vendor reconciliation, and data-cleaning activities.
- Mentor Junior Data Coordinators.
- Collaborate with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely data delivery.
Medpace Data Coordinator Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- 3+ years of clinical data management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Medidata RAVE or other EDC systems.
- Mumbai candidates preferred.
