About The Company
The Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is an internal resource organization based in India, serving as a key hub for Sanofi. SGH aims to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, as well as Data & Digital functions. It strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations within Sanofi globally.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Director and business partners
- Conduct budget reviews and ensure full oversight
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on strategic plans
- Support project management for scientific and HEVA deliverables
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for effective project delivery
Education
- Advanced degree in pharmacy
Experience
- 3–5 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in project management/medical communication is desirable.
- Pharma experience desirable.
Soft skills
- Stakeholder management
- Writing/communication skills
- External engagement and the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Technical skills
Contracting, budgeting, vendor management, including publication ops support, and/or project management.
Languages
Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written).
