MSD Pune Internship: Job Description
The Complaint Operations Intern will support MSD’s Product Quality Complaint Management team with the handling, tracking, monitoring, and documentation of product quality complaints. During the MSD Pune internship, interns will work with pharmaceutical quality systems while developing practical knowledge of complaint management, QMS, regulatory requirements, quality data, reporting, investigations, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing and processing product quality complaint records.
- Support accurate entry and maintenance of complaint information within electronic quality systems.
- Monitor complaint workflows and record status.
- Coordinate follow-up requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Compile complaint-related information for management reports and dashboards.
- Support monthly complaint trending and perform data verification activities.
- Assist with maintaining complaint documentation and records according to established quality requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within complaint operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc, M.Sc, Biotechnology, Microbiology or other relevant degrees, subject to MSD’s confirmation during the application process.
