1. Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

- Project Title: Investigating the role of clathrin light chain in neural development and function.
- Project Tenure: Upto 19 June 2027
- Department: Department of Biotechnology
- Essential Qualification: B.S 4 years programme / Bpharm / MBBS / Integrated BS-MS / MSc / BE / BTech or equivalent degree, with 55% marks and passing of NET/GATE test.
- Age Limit: Not more than 28 years as on the closing date of application.
- Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for candidates belonging to scheduled castes/tribes/OBC, women, and physically handicapped candidates.

2. Position: Project Associate-I (PA-I)
- Number of Posts: 01 (One)
- Project Title: VAPB at membrane contact sites: ALS-FTD at the crossroads of ER stress, proteostasis, lipid homeostasis and inflammation.
- Essential Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / MVSc or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Desirable Experience: A minimum of 6 months of research experience in a fly lab working with Drosophila genetics, setting up crosses, fly dissection, bacterial culture, plating, microscopy, image analysis, and data analysis.
- Project Tenure: Up to 28 February 2029
- Total Monthly Emoluments: (i) Rs. 31,000/- + HRA for Scholars selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (ii) Rs. 25,000/- + HRA for others.
- Age Limit: Not more than 35 years as on the closing date of application.
