Key Responsibilities for Officer Job
- Follow safety rules and company norms within the manufacturing premises
- Maintain online BMRs, logbooks, and documentation as per cGMP and SOPs
- Manufacture and supervise media fill and drug product batches as per BMR
- Perform in-process checks during manufacturing operations
- Operate, calibrate, and clean equipment including balances, pH meters, DO meters, conductivity meters, isolators, vessels, LAFs, sterilizers, and filtration systems
- Handle compounding isolators, manufacturing and filtration vessels, heating and cooling skids, air showers, and pass boxes
- Dispense, receive, and verify raw materials from the warehouse
- Completing SOP and on-the-job training related to autoclave operations is essential for this Officer Job role
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of autoclave and component preparation areas
- Perform CIP and SIP of vessels related to autoclave operations
- Coordinate calibration and validation activities with Engineering and QA
- Prepare, filter, and issue disinfectant and deactivation solutions to production areas
- Prepare validated autoclave loads for garments, disinfectants, components, rubber stoppers, and seals
- Monitor differential pressure, temperature, and relative humidity in compounding, filtration, and autoclave areas
- Maintain records and logbooks for component preparation and sterilization areas
Skills Required for Officer Job
- Knowledge of sterile manufacturing and autoclave operations
- Strong understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and data integrity
- Hands-on experience with sterilization equipment and aseptic processes
- Documentation and batch record maintenance skills
- Attention to detail and compliance-focused mindset
- Ability to coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Production teams
