Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
Experience Required for Officer Job
- 3–5 years of experience in OSD tablet compression
- 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily tablet compression operations in compliance with cGMP and FDA guidelines
- Allocate and manage manpower across shifts to ensure smooth production
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, batch records, and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring and controlling in-process checks, including weight, hardness, thickness, and friability, is essential for this Officer Job role
- Investigate deviations and implement corrective actions
- Oversee equipment setup, cleaning, and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with QA and QC teams for line clearance and documentation accuracy
- Manage product changeovers and ensure timely completion of production plans
- Train and mentor operators on equipment handling and safety procedures
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the compression area
- Prepare daily production reports and escalate issues to management
