    Educational Requirements for this Operator Job

    • Diploma in Pharmacy

    Key Responsibilities for this Operator Job

    • Operate and manage OSD production activities with strong expertise in compression
    • Handle machine setup, troubleshooting, operation, changeover, and cleaning
    • Operate compression machines, metal detectors, dedusting machines, and coating machines (optional)
    • Perform in-process quality checks using IQQC instruments such as the moisture analyzer, tap density apparatus, sieve shaker, and hardness tester
    • Maintain production areas in line with cGMP, GDP, and audit requirements
    • Ensure strict adherence to data integrity principles (ALCOA+)
    • Participate in internal, external, and client audits
    • Follow EHS guidelines and ensure workplace safety at all times

    Skills Required for this Operator Job

    • Mandatory expertise in compression operations
    • Exposure to bottle packing or tablet coating (preferred)
    • Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and data integrity concepts
    • Experience in audit handling and documentation
    • Strong communication skills
    • Good housekeeping and area maintenance skills
