As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Parexel, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in expediting treatments to patients. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive study startup, Pre-SIV, and activation tasks.
- Act as Parexel’s direct point of contact with assigned sites, ensuring quality and delivery during the startup phase.
- Build relationships with investigators and site staff.
- Prepare and submit IRB/IEC and MoH/RA applications, resolving conflicts until final approval.
- Customize and negotiate country/site specific Informed Consent Forms (ICF) and translations.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of project goals and update applicable trial management systems.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with ICH-GCP and applicable regulations.
- Proactively keep management informed about work progress and any risks or issues.
Parexel CRA Job Eligibility Criteria
- Substantial startup experience or equivalent experience in clinical research.
- Educated to degree level in biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related disciplines preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a matrix environment.
