Patient Care Executive Job Description
In this Patient Care Executive job, the selected candidate will support patients enrolled in therapy programs by guiding them on medication, adherence, and program benefits. This role involves direct communication with patients to ensure they receive the necessary support and information regarding their treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for enrolment, follow-ups, and medicine delivery confirmation.
- Educate patients on dosage, administration, side effects, and storage of medications.
- Collect and verify patient documents, maintaining records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the pharmaceutical field force and supply chain team for timely dispatch of free-of-charge medicines.
- Track AWB, confirm receipt, and resolve patient escalations.
- Prepare weekly MIS reports for pharmaceutical clients as per standard operating procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1-4 years of experience in Patient Care, Healthcare Administration, or Pharmaceutical Support.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
- Patient-centric mindset with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Patient Assistance Programs or pharmaceutical processes is a plus.
