Job Description
In this Pharma Job, the Patients Solutions Coordinator will support the successful execution of Sanofi’s patient support programs by coordinating patient engagement initiatives, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies. The role involves managing regional program operations, monitoring patient support services, coordinating with third-party service providers, supporting pharmacovigilance activities, and improving patient adherence through structured education and communication. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams while making a meaningful impact on patient care and healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute patient support programs following company SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate patient enrollment, engagement, and adherence initiatives.
- Support disease education and patient awareness activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with third-party patient support service providers.
- Monitor program performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Product Technical Complaint (PTC) reporting compliance.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Track program data and prepare operational reports.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across medical, regulatory, and quality teams.
