Job Description
As an Imaging Operations Apprentice, you will receive 12 months of hands-on training under the NATS program. You will work with experienced professionals on clinical imaging projects and gain practical experience in:
- Imaging data management and workflows
- Clinical research and site coordination
- Query management and issue resolution
- Shipment tracking and study material handling
- Quality control and compliance processes
- Documentation and reporting activities
- Imaging Operations business processes and tools
Key Responsibilities
- Learn through structured training and hands-on assignments.
- Work closely with mentors and experienced professionals.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, data teams, and site staff.
- Assist in analyzing imaging data for clinical research projects.
- Help manage image-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support imaging data validation, tracking, and database updates.
- Communicate with investigator sites when required.
- Assist with shipment tracking and study material coordination.
- Maintain project documents, reports, logs, and trackers.
- Support quality control, compliance, and audit activities.
- Contribute to process improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the team.
Qualification
- Graduates in Pharmacy or related disciplines are eligible under NATS.
- Graduated within the last five years.
- Not worked for any other organization/company before.
- Basic understanding of clinical research or healthcare operations preferred.
- Exposure to MS Excel or data tools is an advantage.
- English: Fluent
