Join the Global Technology Engineering and Launch–Analytical Technology (GTEL-AT) team as an intern driving digital transformation in Analytical Technology. This internship—part of Pfizer careers—is suited for candidates aiming to build future-focused pharma careers and gain exposure to areas complementary to Quality Assurance Jobs, including computational modeling, automation, and analytical workflows.
Key Responsibilities At Pfizer Careers
- Deliver digital fluency training to colleagues to boost adoption of AI and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with external vendors to co-develop AI-based digital applications for analytical workflows.
- Support cross-functional teams in automation initiatives aligned with the Lab of the Future (LoTF).
- Develop and validate TRS100 models with internal SMEs and vendors.
- Apply machine learning, AI, statistical, data-driven, and mechanistic models to process development.
- Utilize strong chemistry and analytical skills to support scientific objectives.
- Communicate results effectively through data analysis and visualization tools.
Basic Qualifications :
- Undergraduate/postgraduate student in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Control Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Academic focus on data-driven or mechanistic modeling.
- Strong foundation in basic chemistry and analytics.
- Experience with Python, R, MATLAB, C/C++, numerical methods, and high-performance computing.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in modeling or digital applications for laboratory settings.
- Prior work involving automation or digital transformation in laboratory or manufacturing environments.
