Job Description
Pfizer is hiring an Executive – Production for its Goa manufacturing facility. This Pharma Freshers Job involves production planning, manufacturing supervision, GMP compliance, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience through Pfizer Careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Allocate work to operators and prepare shift schedules.
- Supervise manufacturing operations and troubleshoot production issues.
- Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Engineering, Purchase, and Vendors.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, finished goods, and maintenance support.
- Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), protocols, and production documents.
- Initiate Event Reports and Change Controls as per SOPs.
- Train operators and conduct department orientation for new employees.
- Maintain shop floor discipline and monitor productivity.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, EHS policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Education: B-Pharmacy/M-Pharmacy degree
- Experience: Any years of experience or Freshers.
