P&G Quality Assurance Job Description
The Specialist in Quality Assurance will manage day-to-day activities to ensure quality and compliance at external manufacturing sites that produce and supply Procter & Gamble products. This quality assurance specialist role requires adherence to the Quality Management System in accordance with company standards, ensuring that customer expectations and regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Support quality and compliance-related projects for Contract Manufacturing sites.
- Manage supplier-related activities.
- Assist in Quality technical agreement management as required.
- Oversee Change Control Management, NCR Management, Investigations, and CAPA management.
- Compile data and report on scorecard metrics.
- Support the review and approval of technical specifications.
- Review and approve validation and transfer documents.
- Assist in planning, supervising, and reporting of stability studies.
- Support self-inspection audits and CAPA compliance reports.
- Facilitate GxP training activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Desired experience level: 3-5 years.
- Minimum qualification: Degree in pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent.
