Educational Qualification

Advanced degree in PharmD
Experience
- Prior experience in a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) or similar field-based medical role desirable.
- Proven track record in clinical research, medical affairs, or scientific engagement.
- Strong background in scientific communication and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scientific relationships with medical experts.
- Identify and engage key accounts aligned with medical priorities.
- Respond to unsolicited scientific inquiries with accurate data.
- Support clinical trial execution and provide site education.
- Facilitate IIT processes and ensure compliance.
- Act as a scientific resource for field teams and cross-functional partners.
- Report adverse events and product complaints in a timely manner.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research and medical affairs.
- Excellent scientific communication and medical writing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and digital platforms.
- Understanding of disease management, drug development, and epidemiology.
- Ability to interpret and present clinical data effectively.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Desirable Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Medical Scientific Liaison or similar field-based medical role.
- Advanced degree in life sciences (e.g., MD, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
