Job Description
This pharma fresher job focuses on pharmacovigilance and patient safety activities across clinical trials and post-marketing programs. The selected candidate will process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), perform literature reviews, support regulatory safety submissions, maintain safety documentation, and ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Perform MedDRA coding and narrative writing.
- Conduct literature searches for safety signals.
- Support regulatory safety submissions.
- Assist in signal detection and compliance tracking.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation.
- Coordinate follow-ups and query management.
- Support aggregate safety reports.
- Participate in audits and quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy, PharmD, or BDS.
- Eligible Batch: 2025 & 2026 graduates only.
- Experience: Fresher; internship or prior exposure to pharmacovigilance or clinical research is preferred.
