    Job Description

    The Trainee-Site Support role at Apotex involves a variety of responsibilities essential for maintaining the quality and compliance of documentation within the organization. The selected candidate will be tasked with creating and formatting draft documents, managing workload effectively, and ensuring adherence to established regulatory and compliance requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Creating and/or making formatting changes and edits to draft documents based on supporting documentation from Business Units.
    • Migration of MPPDs into new MMaR & MPaR templates.
    • Manage own workload and completion of assigned MMaR & MPaR within established cycle time commitments.
    • Execution and Cancellation of documents in Content Server.
    • Creation and peer review of MDoc’s for Cancellation CCR’s.
    • Drafting and review of MMaRs and MPaRs for Richmond Hill Site.
    • Responsible for the Primary Technical Writer role for the change control process for the cancellation of documents for the Signet and Etobicoke sites.
    • Working on the creation of Change Control Records for the cancellation of Packaging Material codes for the Richmond Hill site.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Science/Pharmacy.
    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
      • Proficient in MS Office tools.
      • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
      • Experience of working on online modules/software is an added advantage.
      • Working knowledge of a document management system is required.
      • Ability to be flexible and multitask in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Experience: Minimum 0-1 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
