Job Description
As a Social Media Analyst at IQVIA, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the execution and delivery of activities that support onshore business units. This role involves providing actionable insights to clients based on their research objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting research and analysis of healthcare data to deliver insights and recommendations that aid in decision-making.
- Liaising between onshore client-facing teams and offshore delivery teams to convert requirements into deliverables related to technology, services, and pharmacovigilance.
- Participating in kick-off meetings, creating project plans, and adhering to delivery schedules under the guidance of a manager.
- Coordinating technology configurations and driving report creation using agreed research methodologies.
- Attending research report presentations to clients and addressing queries related to research findings.
- Contributing to the enhancement of current social media analysis capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Pharma Management, D.Pharm
- Experience: Freshers (0–1 year)

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
