The Junior Operator will be responsible for executing production operations efficiently while adhering to safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role involves operating equipment, maintaining documentation, and ensuring optimal resource utilization to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities
- Operate the equipment efficiently without error and deviation as per SOP to meet shift targets.
- Perform unit operations as per SOP and unit processes as per batch manufacturing record.
- Optimize the utilization of available resources for achieving production in shift.
- Maintain equipment, facility, and block premises as per SOP for audit readiness.
- Provide suggestions for optimization of processes to manufacture quality products.
- Execute and update online documentation to meet cGMP requirements.
- Deliver training to workmen and adhere to cGMP and safety guidelines in the production process.
- Report any near-miss to the officer in charge in time.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Pharmacy.
- 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
