Job Description
The formulation R&D jobs at Graviti Pharmaceuticals involve working on the development and optimization of Oral Solid Dosage products. Candidates will engage in pre-formulation studies, API and excipient selection, and formulation trials. They will also gain exposure to various dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, and pellets, while applying principles of Quality by Design (QbD) and risk assessment. This role supports stability studies per ICH guidelines and includes responsibilities for documentation and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulation development and optimization of OSD products
- Pre-formulation studies, API & excipient selection, and formulation trials
- Exposure to tablets, capsules, IR/SR/ER, and pellets
- Application of QbD, risk assessment, and DoE principles
- Stability studies as per ICH guidelines and data evaluation
- Support scale-up, technology transfer, and process validation
- Preparation of PDRs, protocols, reports, and regulatory documentation
- Coordination with Analytical R&D, QA, RA, and cross-functional teams
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh graduates with M.Pharm or B.Pharm qualifications
- 0–5 years of relevant experience in formulation development
- Exposure to regulated markets such as the US, Europe, and Canada is preferred
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of formulation development principles
- Familiarity with stability studies and regulatory guidelines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
