Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the entire patient support program team
- Drive team performance and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and project managers
- Handle resource planning and work allocation
- Monitor enrolments, free drug delivery (FOC), schedules, and team performance
- Develop operational strategies to achieve program goals
- Track program performance metrics and implement improvements
- Ensure smooth program functioning through BCP implementation
- Provide patient management and counselling support
- Maintain quality standards across all client deliverables
- Ensure patient data confidentiality and compliance with company guidelines
- Monitor adherence to ISMS, ISO, CMMI, and client security standards
- Conduct coaching, training, audits, and feedback sessions for telecounsellors
- Identify training needs and support team development
- Report unethical practices or misconduct to management promptly
- Ensure best practices in communication, processes, and therapy area mentoring
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy or related fields preferred
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in patient support programs preferred, ideal for a pharma freshers job.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Good patient management and counselling abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Empathy and the ability to connect with patients and team members
- Ability to learn and operate CRM tools effectively
