Job Description
The Junior Operator will be responsible for operating equipment efficiently, adhering to SOPs, and ensuring optimal utilization of resources. This position requires maintaining documentation for compliance with cGMP standards and delivering training to workmen on safety and operational guidelines. The role is pivotal in achieving production targets while ensuring quality and safety in all operations, thereby contributing significantly to the overall success of Cipla’s production jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment efficiently without error or deviation as per SOP to meet shift targets.
- Perform unit operations according to the batch manufacturing record.
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve production goals during shifts.
- Maintain equipment and facility as per SOP for audit readiness.
- Provide suggestions for process optimization to manufacture quality products.
- Execute and update online documentation to meet cGMP requirements.
- Deliver training to workmen on cGMP, equipment operation, and safety guidelines.
- Report any near-miss incidents to the officer in charge promptly.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma in Pharmacy or Mechanical.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
