Job Description
The Junior Operator Production role involves executing production operations while ensuring compliance with safety and GMP standards. This pharma freshers job requires efficient operation of equipment and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) to achieve production targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the equipment efficiently without error or deviation as per SOP to meet shift targets.
- Perform unit operations as per SOP and unit processes as per the batch manufacturing record.
- Optimize the utilization of available resources for achieving production in the shift.
- Maintain equipment, facility, and block premises as per SOP for audit readiness.
- Provide suggestions for optimization of processes to manufacture quality products.
- Execute and update online documentation to meet cGMP requirements.
- Deliver training to workmen and adhere to cGMP and safety guidelines in production processes.
- Report any near-miss to the officer in charge in time.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma in Pharmacy / Mechanical.
