Job Description

  • Join the Oncology Formulation Research & Development (FR&D) team as a Trainee Research Associate.
  • Excellent opportunity for a fresh M.Pharm graduates to start a career in Pharmaceutical R&D.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in pre-formulation and formulation development activities for oncology products.
  • Perform laboratory experiments as per approved protocols and study plans.
  • Support characterization and evaluation of formulations.
  • Maintain laboratory notebooks, raw data records, and development reports.
  • Conduct literature searches, scientific reviews, and patent assessments.
  • Participate in stability studies and sample management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, cGLP, data integrity, and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support scale-up, technology transfer, and process optimization activities.
  • Collaborate with Analytical Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing teams.

Qualification

  • M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics / Pharmaceutical Technology)
  • Freshers (2025 & 2026 Pass-outs)

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • Basic knowledge of dosage forms and formulation principles.
  • Good laboratory practices and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
