Key Responsibilities
- Analyze packaging samples for injectable, ophthalmic, and device-based products.
- Finalize packaging setup for new generic and NDA products.
- Develop new packaging materials and coordinate with vendors.
- Support mold development and packaging validation activities.
- Assist regulatory submissions for ANDA, NDA, and EU markets.
- Coordinate product launch activities with planning and NPI teams.
- Prepare technical documents, specifications, and risk assessment reports.
- Perform packaging functionality testing as per ISO/USP guidelines.
- Support manufacturing plants in troubleshooting and resolving complaints.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Plant teams.
